Wedding Invitations

As the bride or groom, or if you’re simply the person in charge of organizing everything; it is important to remember that your actions affect everyone’s sanity. Good wedding etiquette would be not making other people crazy ;0)

For sanity sake (yours and everyone else’s), get organized from the beginning!

During this time of excitement and chaos, lists are our best friend! If you rely on memory, not only will your thoughts and actions be scattered, but I promise you will forget something (or someone) important.

Simply buy a big notebook specifically and only for wedding plans. Take it with you wherever you go so you can jot down your thoughts and ideas as they randomly hit you throughout the day.  Even get some of those Post-It tabs that you can mark the sections for easier finding.

Here’s some of the lists I can think of off the top of my head:

• To Do List

• Invite List

• List of Addresses

• List of People who RSVP’d

• Gift List (who gave you what)

• Thank You Card List

• List of who wants what food (assuming they had a choice)

• Who has special food needs (Allergies or Religious Beliefs)

• Etc.
