Wedding Invitations

Your wedding invitations are more than just an invitation, they are a keepsake for you, your friends and family. So make those invitations have meaning to them. Make them personal and something people will notice. Let it say something about you. Include symbolism to them.

For example, there are some people who will include something that symbolize how they met or even a favorite date.

There was a couple that actually met on a Disney cruise. They were both single parents at the time taking their kids on an adventure. The kids became friends, which then in turn turned introduced the parents to one another. Having met on a Disney cruise and both being Disney fanatics, they personalized their wedding invitations with a little Disney magic. On their invitations they embossed Disney’s famous Mickey the Sorcerer from Fantasia. They also had the shooting star to represent that when you wish upon a star your dreams come true. (The dream being finding the love of your life).  The wedding invitation represented how they met and their common love for Disney. For the guests, it drew more attention than a plain ol’ boring invitation. It meant even more when they found out about the romantic symbolism behind the embossed Disney features. 

Another couple who met on an African Safari, added their personal touch on the invitations by having lions, zebras and giraffes imprinted in their invitations. Wouldn’t you know the theme of their wedding reception was African Safari.
